Red Forest (Corrupted) Environmental Art
Piece for my personal project.
First I sketched out thumbnails.
Then chose the thumbnail and made a line art out of it.
I separated land pieces into 3 main layers and painted over them.
The final result!
This is the very first visualization of a corrupted Red Forest in my fantasy world. I wanted to depict the piece in a way that would have a feeling of death and something that is sucking out the energy of nature. This forest used to be totally different in the past, before the curse. It used to be full of life and peace. But one day the evil witch came to the horde of red orcs and since then the forest has been under the spell or more like a curse of The Savior Regina, as she calls herself.
